'डीएनएस चेंजर' मालवेयर आज दुनिया के लाखों कंप्यूटर ठप कर सकता है। अमेरिकी खुफिया एजेंसी एफबीआई के मुताबिक दुनिया के 3.5 लाख से ज्यादा कंप्यूटरों में इंटरनेट सेवा ठप हो सकती है। कंप्यूटर विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक डीएनएस चेंजर इंटरनेट ट्रैफिक को फर्जी वेबसाइटों की ओर मोड़ता है। एफबीआई ने यह वाइरस पिछले साल नवंबर में पकड़ा था। इससे प्रभावित सर्वरों को अस्थायी तौर पर वैध सर्वरों से जोड़ा गया था। यही अवधि नौ जुलाई 2012 को खत्म होने जा रही है। ऐसे में डीएनएस चेंजर से प्रभावित कंप्यूटरों में इंटरनेट से संबंधित समस्या फिर आ सकती है।

इस तरह करें बचाव
आपके कंप्यूटर में यह खतरनाक वायरस है या नहीं, इसका पता आप कुछ सेकंड में लगा सकते हैं।
1. वेबसाइट www.dns-ok.ca पर जाएं।
2. पेज के सबसे नीचे I Agree पर क्लिक करें। अब जो पेज खुलेगा, उसमें अगर हरे रंग का बैनर दिख रहा है, तो खुश हो जाइए।
3. हरे रंग के बैनर का मतलब है कि आपके कंप्यूटर में यह वायरस नहीं है।
4. अगर लाल रंग के बैनर के साथ यह संदेश लिखा आता है कि आपके कंप्यूटर में वायरस है, तो भी ज्यादा परेशान न हों। आप इसे आसानी से स्कैन करके हटा सकते हैं।

अन्य उपाय
इस वायरस को हटाने को कई उपाय इंटरनेट पर मौजूद हैं। फ्री वायरस स्कैन और रिमूवल सॉफ्टवेयर्स के लिए www.dcwg.org/fix पर जा सकते हैं। लेकिन इससे पहले अपने जरूरी डेटा का बैकअप ले लें। वायरस मिलने पर किसी अच्छे कंप्यूटर प्रोफेशनल से भी सलाह लें।

आरबीआई की वेबसाइट पर जाकर करें नकली नोटों की पहचान

नकली नोटों के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (आरबीआई) ने एक ऐसी वेबसाइट लांच की है जो लोगों को यह बताएगी कि वे नकली नोटों को कैसे पहचानेंगे। ‘पहचानों पैसे की बोली, क्यूंकि पैसा बोलता है’ टैग लाइन वाली इस वेबसाइट पर 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 और 1000 रुपये के नोटों की पहचान करने के तरीकों को चित्र के साथ दर्शाया गया है। इस वेबसाइट को आप www.paisaboltahai.rbi.org.in पर लॉग कर खोल सकते हैं।

डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं जानकारी
वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद नोटों के फोटो पर क्लिक करने पर होमपेज पर बड़ा सा नोट उभर कर आएगा और उस पर नंबर के साथ नकली नोटों की पहचान बताई गई है। नकली नोटों की पहचान बताने वाले इन नोटों के पोस्टर को आप डाउनलोड भी कर सकते हैं।

वेबसाइट से आप नकली नोटों की पहचान बताने वाली डॉक्यूमेंटरी फिल्म भी डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। इस वेबसाइट का लिंक आरबीआई के मुख्य वेबसाइट पर भी उपलब्ध है। वेबसाइट पर पकड़े गए नकली नोटों के बारे में भी विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी दी गई है।

भारत में नकली नोटों की भरमार
आरबीआई के अनुसार 31 मार्च, 2011 तक 64,577 मिलियन बैंक नोट बाजार में हैं। पकड़े गए नकली नोटों के आधार पर बैंक ने कहा है कि वर्ष 2010-11 में एक मिलियन बैंक नोटों में 6.74 नोट नकली पाए गए थे। आरबीआई नकली नोटों के प्रति लोगों को हमेशा से सजग करता रहा है।

शुक्रवार को कोझीकोड में आरबीआई के गवर्नर डी. सुब्बाराव ने नकली नोटों की बढ़ती संख्या पर चिंता जताते हुए कहा था कि इस पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए सरकार और पुलिस की ओर से कई ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

The postal department has entered into a partnership with state-run telecom company BSNL to provide money order service using mobile phones. 

NEW DELHI: The postal department has entered into a partnership with state-run telecom company BSNL to provide money order service using mobile phones. 



"The Department has signed an agreement with BSNL for providing money remittance through mobile phones," Department of Posts (DoP) said in an official statement today. 

As per the pact, BSNL has been provided with the requirements of DoP for development of the software. 

A DoP spokesperson said the software development is going on and rollout of the pilot is expected in August-September 2012. 

Initially, a pilot of the service will run for a period of 6 months in Punjab, Bihar, Delhi and Kerala Circles, the statement said. 

As per the spokesperson, DoP will give commission to BSNL for each remittance made and the commission will vary on the amount transferred. 

Under this facility, receiver of the money will get SMS for transaction and initially get cash at the nearest authorised post office by showing the message, the spokesperson said.

The telecom service providers are now issuing alerts to subscribers -particularly about the series mentioned above as the moment one press the call button after dialing the above number, someone at the other end will get your phone and SIM card cloned.

According to reports, more than one lakh subscribers have fallen prey to this new telecom terror attack as the frequency of such calls continues to grow. Intelligence agencies have reportedly confirmed to the service providers particularly in UP West telecom division that such a racket is not only under way but the menace is growing fast. "We are sure there must be some more similar combinations that the miscreants are using to clone the handsets and all the information stored in them," an intelligence officer told TOI.

ऐसा करने पर आपके फोन और सिम कार्ड डीटेल्स दूसरी तरफ ट्रांसफर हो जाएगी। इसका मतलब है कि जिसे आपने फोन किया है उसके पास आपके सिम की क्लोनिंग तैयार हो जाएगी। क्लोनिंग सिर्फ सिम कार्ड तक ही लिमिटेड नहीं होगी बल्कि फोन में मौजूद मेमोरी कार्ड और डाटा कार्ड को भी कॉपी कर लिया जाएगा। रिपोर्टस पर गौर करें तो अब तक एक लाख से ज्यादा सब्स्क्राइबर्स इस झांसे में आ चुके हैं और इस तरह की मिस्ड कॉल का सिलसिला अब भी जारी है। खुफिया एजेंसियों ने पहले ही सर्विस प्रवाइडर्स को आगाह कर दिया है कि इस तरह का रैकेट न सिर्फ यूपी की वेस्ट टेलिकॉम डिवीजन में सक्रिय है बल्कि वह दिनों दिन अपना जाल तेजी से फैलाता जा रहा है।
