No SMS To DND Users, Free SMS Websites Implements TRAI Regulation

It seems that this time Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is very strict on its guidelines to curb all unwanted telemarketing calls and messages from today.

After the 100 SMS limit implemented by all mobile operators now Bulk and Free SMS web portal’s have also implemented the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2011 to stop the menace of telemarketing SMSes and made all the changes in their SMS system.

India’s leading Free and Bulk SMS Web portal WAY2SMS.COM today said that that it has strictly adheres to TRAI guidelines from today i.e. Sept 27th in order to protect consumer privacy from SMS spammers. Way2SMS has also cited that it will not be sending any group SMS to DND registered mobile numbers.

Changes on Way2Sms

According to the New TRAI guidelines, Starting from Sept 27th 2011 messages sent via group SMS does not deliver SMSes to DND Registered mobile numbers. However the best part in Way2SMS it displays if a user comes under DND list or not while submitting message.

Also Way2SMS is changing its group Message structure. Messages sent via group SMS will be sent as TD- 677800 (677800 is the Unique number allotted by Telecom operator to way2sms)

23 सितंबर - ऋतु परिवर्तन

• सायन सूर्य के तुला राशि में प्रवेश पर शुक्रवार को दिन और रात बराबर होंगे। इसके बाद शुरू होगा दिन छोटे होने का क्रम तो रातें बड़ी होने लगेंगी। इसके साथ ही ऋतु परिवर्तन का प्रभाव भी दिखने लगेगा। 23 सितंबर को होने वाले इस खगोलीय नजारे को जीवाजी वेधशाला तथा डोंगला स्थित डॉ. विष्णु श्रीधर वाकणकर वेधशाला में देखा जा सकेगा।

जीवाजी वेधशाला अधीक्षक डॉ. राजेंद्रप्रकाश गुप्त के अनुसार 23 सितंबर को सूर्य विषुवत रेखा पर लंबवत होगा। 12-12 घंटे के दिन-रात होंगे। 23 सितंबर से सूर्य दक्षिणी गोलार्द्घ में प्रवेश करेगा तो भारत सहित उत्तरी गोलार्द्घ के देशों में दिन छोटे होने लगेंगे।

22 दिसंबर को सबसे छोटा साढ़े दस घंटे का दिन होगा और रात साढ़े तेरह घंटे की होगी। दो यंत्रों शंकु और नाड़ी वलय यंत्रों के माध्यम से यह घटना देखी जा सकेगी। शंकु यंत्र पर परछाई सीधी चलती दिखेगी।

नाड़ी वलय यंत्र पर 22 सितंबर को उत्तरी हिस्से में धूप दिखेगी, 23 सितंबर को किसी भी हिस्से में धूप नहीं दिखेगी तथा 24 सितंबर को दक्षिणी हिस्सा प्रकाशित होगा। इस तरह पूरे छः माह 21 मार्च तक दक्षिणी भाग में धूप रहेगी।

वाकणकर वेधशाला डोंगला के प्रकल्प अधिकारी घनश्याम रतनानी ने बताया कि सूर्य विषुवत वृत्त पर वर्ष में दो बार आता है, दक्षिणायन करते हुए 23 सितंबर को एवं उत्तरायन करते हुए 22 मार्च को। 22 मार्च के बाद जहां दिन बड़े होने लगते हैं, वहीं 23 सितंबर से दिन छोटे होने का क्रम शुरू होता है। 23 सितंबर को उत्तरी ध्रुव पर सूर्यास्त होगा, वहीं दक्षिणी ध्रुव पर सूर्योदय होगा।

उत्तरी गोलार्द्घ में सूर्य की किरणें तिरछे कटाव के कारण उत्तरी गोलार्द्घ में तीव्र नहीं रहेंगी, जितनी कि जून माह में होती हैं। फलस्वरूप शीत का प्रकोप पूर्ण यौवन पर रहता है तथा जम्मू व कश्मीर में भारी हिमपात होकर भारी शीतलहर संपूर्ण भारत में रहती है।
